Lifetime Warranty on all stainless steel hardware and steel support posts against structural failure due to corrosion or deterioration.

25 Year Warranty on all vinyl-coated components, aluminum spring animals and stainless steel components including slides, against structural failure due to defective materials or workmanship. Excludes all anti-slip coating.

10 Year Warranty on all other components, steel, plastic and wood against defective materials or workmanship.

Shipping Information

Prices: F.O.B Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada (unless otherwise specified).

Freight: All orders are shipped freight collect unless otherwise arranged.

Loss or Damage in Transit: A bill of lading is our receipt from a carrier that our shipment to you was complete and in good condition upon leaving our factory. Before signing, please check this bill of lading very carefully when the shipment reaches you in order to make sure there are no damages or shortages. Once the shipment leaves our plant, we are no longer responsible for any damage, loss or shortage.

Specifications: Product specifications in our catalogue were correct at time of publication. Blue Imp reserves the right to alter specifications to improve our product quality.
